At Sofiana, we stand by the quality of our products. That’s why every Soft Cloud Bed is backed by a 5-year limited warranty.

Note: Our warranty policy applies exclusively to the Soft Cloud Bed. Other items in the Sofiana collection are not covered under warranty at this time.

 

What’s Covered

Our warranty protects against defects in materials or workmanship that affect the structural integrity of the bed frame or headboard under normal use.

This includes:

  • Structural issues with the frame
  • Faulty components or craftsmanship
  • Manufacturing defects in the internal construction

 

What’s Not Covered

We want to be transparent about what the warranty doesn’t include. The following are not covered:

  • General wear and tear from everyday use
  • Stains, fabric damage, or cosmetic issues
  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper assembly, or modifications
  • Commercial use or rental environments
  • Damage from moving, accidents, or using the product with incompatible components


Who the Warranty Applies To

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. A valid proof of purchase will be required to initiate any claim.


How to Make a Claim

Think you have a warranty issue? No problem. Just reach out to us at hello@sofiana.co.uk with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Supporting photos

We’ll review your claim and work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement part, a repair, or a full replacement.
